Yuri had realised early in life that his passion goes to people and development. During his two decades of consulting career, Yuri had partnered with senior and top management across industry in numerous people and organization transformation. A go-getter and team player, Yuri drives business result through people strategy. As the CEO of Daya Dimensi Indonesia, Yuri commits to shift the leadership paradigm in Indonesia through Leaders of a New Planet.

Yuri was the valedictorian of his year at Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Padjadjaran, graduating with magna cum laude. Currently, he holds a masters-level postgraduate degree in Organizational Leadership with Distinction from Saïd Business School, The University of Oxford, UK. At 2022, He co-chaired the V20 (Values20) 2022 Indonesia organizing committee together with Mrs Meike Malaon. Yuri is certified as Targeted Selection® interviewer & administrator, change/ transformation management, performance management, strategic HR review & blueprint, competency modelling, organization design, succession and talent management. In his spare time, Yuri finds happiness in listening to music, playing the guitar or piano, or reading a good book.
