Happiness comes in many forms. To Endah, it is in helping others realize and reach their true potentials by assisting them in their professional growths. In 1998, Endah and her friends founded Daya Dimensi Indonesia for that very reason. Along the years, Endah showed leadership and versatility in managing the business, from consultant, relationship builder, finance, to directorship and commissioner. As a result, for more than two decades DDI has supported many individuals’ and companies’ growth and transformation.

As an accounting graduate and former auditor, Endah is one to take calculated risks and be meticulous with details. Aside from her role as the commissioner of DayaLima Family, Endah actively oversees the group’s emerging businesses and projects such as Daya Qarsa, SODARA, and Nenilai. Endah is passionate about passing on wisdom to the next generation and is also a senior lecturer in her alma mater at Universitas Indonesia.
